Self-Empowerment Through Value Addition
Empowering finance professionals with integrity, wisdom, joy, prosperity and peace through Rajyoga — a practical spiritual tool for the people who carry other people’s numbers.

About
Finance Fraternity Seva exists to share and learn Rajyoga meditative techniques for financial management and professional excellence.
It is a practical spiritual tool that helps us make three transitions: stress to serenity, anxiety to patience, and frustration to fulfilment.
Rajyoga meditation offers a practical and effective way to enhance focus, manage stress, and improve overall well-being. By practising Rajyoga, professionals can cultivate a calm and centred mind, allowing for better problem-solving and more creative solutions. A peaceful mind fosters clearer thinking, enhances decision-making abilities, and enables individuals to handle challenges with greater confidence.
Beyond professional benefits, Rajyoga meditation helps in building stronger relationships — both in the workplace and at home. It promotes patience, emotional intelligence, and a positive mindset, creating a healthier work environment and a more fulfilling personal life.
“When we change, the world changes.” The Brahma Kumaris philosophy
Brahma Kumaris is a worldwide spiritual movement dedicated to personal transformation and world renewal. Founded in India in 1937, it has spread to over 110 countries on all continents and has had an extensive impact in many sectors as an international NGO.
Its real commitment, however, is to helping individuals transform their perspective of the world from material to spiritual. It supports the cultivation of a deep collective consciousness of peace and of the individual dignity of each soul. It teaches that our true identity is a peaceful, divine soul — a point of light — rather than just the physical body.
By focusing on this spiritual identity, we move beyond labels like race or gender, reducing conflict and boosting self-respect. The philosophy emphasises that we are the masters of our thoughts, attitudes, and responses. By cultivating good wishes — shubhkamna — for everyone, we create a positive environment.
